QHSE Service Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of QHSE consultancy and support services by The Safety Hand trading as Saturn Trading Pty Ltd (“The Safety Hand”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using our services, the client (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Services

The Safety Hand provides Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and Integrated Management System consultancy services, which may include:

  • ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 support;

  • management system development;

  • audits and inspections;

  • contractor management support;

  • incident and hazard management assistance;

  • compliance support;

  • policy and procedure development;

  • WHS advisory services;

  • environmental advisory services;

  • training coordination;

  • document management support.

Services vary depending on the package or agreement selected by the Client.

3. Subscription Services

Certain services are provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

4. Payments

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Client authorises The Safety Hand and its payment providers to process recurring subscription payments.

If payment fails:

  • services may be suspended;

  • onboarding may be delayed;

  • access to support services may be restricted until payment is received.

All pricing displayed is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations & Termination

The Client may cancel a subscription by providing a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods.

The Safety Hand reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where:

  • payment remains overdue;

  • abusive or unlawful conduct occurs;

  • unsafe practices continue despite written advice;

  • the Client breaches these Terms.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client acknowledges and agrees that they remain responsible for:

  • maintaining a safe workplace;

  • complying with all applicable legislation;

  • implementing control measures;

  • supervising workers and contractors;

  • making operational and management decisions.

The Safety Hand provides advisory and support services only and does not assume operational control of the Client’s workplace.
